Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Prints and original art:
It may take 2-5 days for me to ship
Custom Portraits: It may take me 1-8 weeks to create and ship a painting. It depends on how many orders/commissions  are ahead of yours. When it's busy time it may take even longer. Let's discuss timing of your portrait by e-mail. 

If you don't have time to wait. The fastest is to order "Custom sketch" or "Custom Watercolor Drawing" these can ship out more quickly than a very detailed painting.

Ordering portrait and payment

Before you make a purchase, e-mail me at So we can start a conversation about your order. Discuss what size or what style of portrait you are intrested in. We will discuss timing. When we will agree about painting I will send you to website so you can purchase the portrait. After I will begin painting.

Are different sizes available?
Please contact me by e-mail for special size of your painting. Largest painting can be A2 size.

Finished product: If you are buying a finished product it will be shipped in 3-5 working days.
Custom order: If you are ordering some special product, then I will need time to create it. It may take me 5-14 working days. It depends on how many orders are ahead of yours. When it's busy time it may take longer. Let's discuss timing of your order by e-mail

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

I will send a final photo of your portrait for your approval before shipping.
After I will ship it by mail and will send  you e-mail with tracking number.

I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
